Can Ascension Qv2 give Recon even when you follow the recommendations?
Have anyone experienced Recon from lighter and focused subs like this one?
I guess that today i have had a recon symptom that lasted a few minutes, can this even be called recon?

If you have run emperor for 1 year and start AM
You will have no recon, at least for one year maybe

Maybe i got the wrong idea that lighter subs like Ascension wouldn’t cause remarkable symptoms of Recon as long as you followed recommended patterns.
But…thinking twice the focused scripting is precisely what could accelerate the triggering of some Recon.

Yes. If your current view of yourself and the world is at odds with what the script is trying to get you to do, you will have recon. That goes for any title and any goal.

The way I see it is this, and it’s similar to what @COWolfe just said:
You’re running the particular sub (this is any sub, not just Ascension) because you want something out of it that you don’t have.
Anything that your subconscious doesn’t necessarily agree with you’ll reconcile - which is, from what I’ve read on here, healing and eliminating your limiting beliefs in regards to that particular disagreement.
I’m basing this on assumption but I’d say that everyone has something in the script that they wouldn’t necessarily agree with subconsciously - hence why we all go through recon at some point through the process.
Some people will have less recon on certain things and others will have more.
Example - Saint has issues with CFW/Chosen and anything cognitive if I remember correctly. However other things he has less issues with.
I could be wrong but this is how I’ve come to understand it.

Then if you don’t have almost no disagreement with the scripting (or part of) you execute it quickly.

Sure. I regularly had heavy recons from ascension until my first washout. I think it’s doesn’t matter how light a sub is, but matters person’s background and etc.
