After some thought I might switch to emperor zp, I have tried ascension, primal and emperor so far and the only one which reduced my panic attacks and or helped manage it to a good point was emperor although I do not like the intimidating effects it has on people.
A bit late, but if you dont like the intimidating effect, you can always stack it with love bomb.
Sanguine was really helpful when I was dealing with a toxic person who was causing me anxiety. It also opened up my eyes that to deal with these types of problems better, I needed training to become more alpha, so I got an alpha sub after that.
You have to become aware of what your specific underlying causes are that trigger anxiety, for you. Itās not the same for everyone. I know that for me, too much caffeine can produce anxiety. I know someone who is an empath, and for her feeling the negativity from other people can be overwhelming and produces anxiety.
It can be a life long journey. You can tackle one area that causes you anxiety, but then you might have to work in a different area. The sub that works for one person might not be the best one for you. Try to find out what triggers your anxiety and then it will be easier to address it.

Iāve decreased my anxiety by about 90%. Went from chronic daily panic attacks that were close to debilitating to normal, confident person anxiety where I feel little flutters here and there that pass pretty quickly and are justified by the situationāsomeone yells at me and I get a little flutter in my chest. It took me 3 years of daily meditation practice and a burning need to improve myself. Nothing fancy, just a dedication to the practice every single day for the long haul. Meditation was the #1 factor, I also used cold exposure and breathwork for periods of time, and those work VERY WELL for immediate relief from a panic attack, but the real linch pin for me was a meditation practice. Iām certain SubClub can help (Emperor makes me essentially anxiety-free), but given that I donāt know from experience (never used a sub for that purpose). I will tell you that this WILL work if youāre dilligent and give it the time (like I said, it took a few years of daily practice for me) the science in support of the method (meditation) is sound (just like the science for Subliminals) it just takes time to train your nervous system to be less reactive.

I went out yesterday and had one of my more extreme episodes, so Iām definitely switching to emperor now after my break but Iām curious as to why ascension doesnāt have the the same effect? this would be my second run of ascension but I still get anxiety compared to one run of emperor which basically brought it down to the point where I was literally in a crowded spot and tried to make myself nervous but nothing happened
