Rich really put capital focus from cc into overdrive, and Focus from cc is combining with opportunity recognition enhancement from Rich … combined with adaptive scripting… to make it so that I’m obsessed with and easily finding the next highest ROI activity that will get me to my goal is the fastest and then immediately start working on them
I’m setting really really really good boundaries with my girlfriend and my other friends, socializing is just not very important for me right now, compared to working on my wealth goals, and that’s been something that I’ve struggled to actually make happen in my life. I usually make plans with people with a sense of guilt because I know I should actually be working on something important, not randomly socializing,
My distraction is way down, one of the reasons why I socialize in the evening is because it’s better than frivolous, high dopamine activities like gaming or reading audiobooks or using this forum, but now I have 100% confidence that if I set aside an evening to do nothing but work, I’m actually going to spend that evening focussed on high ROI activities instead of fluffy, busy work or distractions.
Rich added in an element of self assessment that wasn’t there, or not nearly as strong, when I was listening to CC alone. I’m asking myself critical questions like what I should do with my mornings, what my priorities are, how effective are the routines that I’m putting in place, what are my actual strengths and weaknesses and how do I apply them,
To that effect, I feel like I’m getting good at making sacrifices for the first time of my life, and doing what I need to do not just what I feel like I want to do
