I have sort have had this thought in my head where when i feel like i have the perfect stack this thought comes and makes me overthing,especially with these updates rolling out so how do i do deal with it?

Commit to your stack! Decide that, no matter what new hawtness gets released, you will remain with your current choices to handle your current problem or achieve your current goal.
Or account for future intriguing releases that you have to try? Commit to two titles, and leave your 3rd spot open for experimentation.

If there’s a “better” tool in the future, cross that bridge when you come to it. For now, use the tools that are available to you right now to make the progress that you can. This rings true whether we’re talking about nutrition, workout plans, etc

Switch your fuel source from desperation and fear to inspiration and joy.
Switch your frame of reference from external standards to internal standards.
This is not necessarily “the truth “or “the answer“.
But it works.
Imagine being with a beautiful woman, whom you respect and admire, and who admires and respects you. Spending the evening in loving pleasure with her. Imagine having passionate sex with her. And imagine in the midst of that whole experience, thinking, “I wonder if there’s a better woman in the next building?“
Pretty ridiculous.
Joy, inspiration, gratitude. These are positive orientations to the circumstances that you have right now.
There’s still a progression of growth, transformation, evolution. There will still be a series of new and interesting experiences. But with this orientation, you’re moving from one positive to another positive as you grow.
It is not fueled by desperation; but by joy.
And enjoyment.
Yes. There are 10,000 or even 100,000 delicious foods that exist in the world. But how many mouths and how many stomachs do you have?
And so, as many wonderful foods as there are.
Right now? In this moment?
You only need one.
And when you’re done with that one?
Lucky you.
You can try another.

Consider the fact people craft and live amazing lives without ever touching these subs. What you have now is more than enough. You have to ask yourself why that better release is so important if the reality is, these subliminals aren’t needed.

People became millionaires using the very early versions that we used to run 8 hours a day. Some other people run every version released and they’re still broke. The difference is not the sub. It’s the person. If you don’t do your part, set clearly defined goals, take action and journal, the sub won’t matter. Not even a little bit. People who usually jump from one sub to the other (the sub hoppers) rarely see any results.
“What if they release a better sub?” is the wrong question. The real question is “Are you doing what you’re supposed to with the existing version?”

It’s not like you lose what you’ve achieved or developed with the current titles - you simply improve the rate and depth of development with a newly upgraded title.
You still keep your levels, you just increase the % of your XP gain. 
Focus on using the existing titles to their full potential rather than overthinking or worrying about this question. This will give you the maximum benefit, and will naturally carry over to newly upgraded titles.

This is what kept me from using multi stagers,i felt like my results from stage 1 would diminish by the time i get to stage 4 as around 4 months would have passed if doing 2 cycles per stage
I’d say, if not for strict upgrades for example lets say going from zp v1 to v2 to v3, everything is mostly a sidegrade (unless it is a “black” version which is superloaded)
Even things like Emperor that has 3 versions from what i recall, emperor, emperor: daddy, and emperor executive, they’re all different in their purpose, but one isn’t better than the other.
I also questioned myself about the new emperor executive but talking to chatgpt assured me that EmpD is the one that’ll fit me more.
I only know 1 guy and that was english chap or whatever his name was,who else is there?
