I have a system you’d like it if you’re interested. It would cost money but it’s a 1 time purchase and some coding skills but there’s a project you can set up with it.
(Look for Phenol-Free Thermal Paper, if you’re from the USA, Your receipt paper contains chemicals which heavily mess with hormones if you touch it often. No joke, google it.)
I’ve got it set up too and it helps a lot.
If you set it up correctly, I shit you not you’ll notice a change when you include subs. I programmed mine to work in a LXC, and read, and generates JSON file with dates and print the ticket for the listening day/active habits I’m building. It runs daily.
I’ve got ADHD, it helps a lot, and yes it’s diagnosed. Just in case someone asks.

Today i added 3 mins of mindseye, i had a prefect state of mind where all my focus was on work, it felt good to be that way. I almost forgot how good mindseye was
I had a great weekend, because of TS women were a lot more touchy with me.

I started working out after many years. I was always able to maintain an average body weight so I didn’t take exercise seriously but now I’ve decided to start using exercise bands to build up a bit of muscle
I printed out the life principles from ray dalios book and have committed to internalize that way of life.
Asc st1 is helpful in this endeavour
I am incorporating sanskrit mantras into my daily routine. Results are good so far
I can feel different parts of my brain activating when i silent chant the mantras. Along with subs it seems to boost the results
