I am currently taking lions mane and cordiceps which I also believe helps.

Any kind of healing (and especially neuronal) requires balancing the level of Vit.D and Omega 3 in our bodies since almost of all us suffer from its shortage. Without it, the healing process is going to be really slow since both substances foster the overall regenerative process.

Yup. This is the most site specific module.

And then QL 1. A dedicated Ultima might include those two plus maybe Paragon.

Just so everyone knows…

I got a reply back from the service desk they said Head SPS is the best module to use as it will assist in brain, neuron repair and memory enhancement.
