Hello there!
I’ve been listening to Limitless Ultrasonic for several days (maybe 4-6 days) during the night, while I’m sleeping, and during the day, while I’m working/studying. Also yesterday, before going to bed, I listened to Beyond Limitless Ultima one loop. And since then I started having brain fog. I’m continuing to experience brain fog still.
Someone had something similar and how did you deal with it?
How many loops do you listen per day? You listen to it the whole night??
Yes, the whole night and 3-5 hours per day or even more, but less then 8 loops per day.
That is self-explanatory then. Qv2 is very strong technology and due to it’s potency, it is advised to listen to 1x (max) per day.
Edit: don’t listen overnight!
yeah, like @Pooter said, you run 1 loop per day…
Ex. Monday 1 loop
Tuesday : Rest
Wednesday : 1 loop
… etc.
1 loop EOD
If you do more you’ll have those brainfog issues you are talking about, I invite you to read the support article about it :
may I listen to one loop ultrasonic and one loop masked + Ultima one loop?
may I listen to one loop ultrasonic and one loop masked + Ultima one loop?
You may do whatever you wish. It’s recommended, however, that you stick to one single run through of a title(s), from 00:00 to 1 hour.
One masked is the same as one ultrasonic, I recommend you choose one and utilize it once during the day.
I assume you’re new so if I may recommend it, check out the support articles like the one linked above. They have the answers you seek.
thank you so much!
You’re welcome, and if you have any questions feel free to @ me.
You’re mentally overloading yourself with such high loops, especially for a beginner. This is not Youtube or any other producer. Follow the recommendations that you were given. Meanwhile, hydrate yourself and get some food in you. Good fats will be of great aid, such as nuts, avocados and coconut products
It’s also possible that the brain fog could be due to your brain rewiring itself. Just something to keep in mind. Do keep it to one loop per day.
I won’t go as far as to say to never listen during sleep, because that’s when I run most of my subs. I space them out with silence in between so it corresponds to a while number of sleep cycles.
