Anyone have an good book recommendations for emotional intelligence, building healthy relationships, and social skills? Just started listening to breaking the habit of being yourself and want to get some other books. Also if anyone has any on masculine development, breaking out of the man child phase because I have to build my life.
Thank you for this
This was going to be my recommendation.
Also, I will throw out here The Book of Pook. By far the best best I’ve read on games/relationship. So many of the other ones out there are so red pill/anti-women and I don’t believe give you an accurate representation of what really works.
A “pook” is the closest thing to the wanted black archetype, it is well worth the read.
I don’t like the introduction which is again repeating the same false feminist ideological stuff.
But the overall message is insightful if you read this while on “Ascension” subliminal.
It made a huge difference in my life.
And this one is a great classic on just being a mature man.
A kind of dramatized version of the six pillars of self esteem.
This one is said to be a great relationship book for men.
I haven’t read it. But the reviews are good.

This has been in my list. Thank you for this
@Samguy @Parsifal @Niles I really appreciate the recommendations. Going to listen to all these especially now since I’ll be running a limitless custom + glm + lovebomb
Keep it up man.
in the next 3 months, you will come out as a strong masculine man with good self awareness.
Out of all self help books Id recommend Psycho Cybernetics.
It covers everything that self help stands for. It’s the most effective book ive ever picked up.
Lol. Ordered that one yesterday and its arriving tomorrow. Excited already.
John Gottman has authored a number of books on relationships
How to Talk to Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere: The Secrets of Good Communication by Larry King
How to Talk With Practically Anybody About Practically Anything by Barbara Walters
How to Be Funny by Steve Allen
I have a similar intention and just bought the following books (just arrived or still being delivered):
The Way of the Superior Man, David Deida (a classic, referenced by other book)
From the Core, John Wineland
Men’s Work, Connor Beaton
Prerequisites to Ecstacy, Om Rupani (I started listening to his podcasts)
Good luck!
