New Khan Journal - I’m doing 2 cycles for each stage.
I’ve marked all my listening and rest days/break days for the entire program. I’ll finally be done with Stage 4 on March 19th, 2023, lol. I started listening today with 2 loops of Khan Stage-1 ZP.
I’m going to keep it clean with no other titles except perhaps Libertine if the occasion calls for it.
A simple but highly effective plan. Here’s to your success.

Sorry for going AWOL, I’m back now. I have completed (1) cycle of Khan v2 Total Breakdown that I started a month ago.
I have matured as a man during this run. I made peace with the world, and now have a plan for life moving forward. I started taking my appearance very seriously, and read several books on hygiene, grooming, and fashion. I also bought a barebones wardrobe because all my clothes were too big for me. I feel more masculine and socially dominant.
Now I will repeat ST1 (two cycles per stage for this run).
