Binaural beats on rest days

I’ve been a longtime user of various binaural beats technologies (Holosync, Brain.fm and others) and I’d be interested to know what people think about using something like a theta or delta track on rest days and between cycles of subs.

At the moment I’m just doing sitting meditation on those days and this has generated a lot of releasing of stuff (I’m doing Dreams and Regeneration) which has been a bit rugged at times. I wonder if that releasing would be made easier or harder with, say, a deep delta or theta brainwave.

I’ve only just started with SC so I would like some opinions.

Anything you do which affects the brain like that could interfere with the subs.

Rest days are more properly known as “processing” days since that’s when the subs are processed.

Dont use binaural beats whilst using SC products.

Holosync is a poor product when you compare it with SC products. It is very primitive in fact i heard its more short term placebo.

Holosync was originally an idea by Dane Spots who ripped off alot people.

Saint and Fire are authentic founders unlike that fool Dane.

I did this for a while but not recommended.

Much better to only run SC subs.
Clean and stronger results.

Thb i dont get it why binaural beat should be harmful and interfere with the subliminals . Because the change of brainwaves during the day is a natural process. Brainwaves Support to get into the desired frequency. Meditation, breathwork and exercise for example do the same.

One of the challenges is that when a customer uses an SC product and they do not get results, it can be difficult to determine the root cause of the issue when multiple products are being used from other vendors. I think there have been issues in the past where customers have commented they never got results but they never mentioned they were stacking another listening product like biaurals which can nullify the effects.

Not true. Spots is a remote viewing instructor. Holosync was developed by Bill Harris

And originally he (Bill) was on the board of the Synchronicity Foundation, by Master Charles, who came up with the “lowering of carrier frequency as opposed to brainwave frequency” concept, which then Bill Harris used as well, claiming he came up with it on his own as a university student.

PS: Interestingly most of the 80s’ binaural beats companies were neighbors, as far as I’ve read.

I think part of the issue is that brainwave entrainment stimulates the brain and nervous system with its pulses. Those are also increasing energies in your system. That quite easily leads to overload of stimulus, especially when using subliminals that already provide their own stimulus, and your mind ends up having too much to process. It might even start to produce unwanted side effects.

The difference between the states we go throughout during the day and binaural recordings is the recordings artificially shift it.

This doesn’t inherently mean it’s a bad idea. But natural brainwave states occur as part a result of the brain’s activity. Using recordings to shift that light work. Might cause issues.

It’s kinda the same thing as why it isn’t a good idea to always go lucid in a dream. It CAN interfere with the natural purpose of dreaming at times if you “take control” at the wrong times.

Great discussion. Thanks for the advice. I was inclined to not do anything besides SC and I guess I’ll stick with that.

I had a lot of experience with Holosync and it strikes me that what Bill Harris called overwhelm is analogous to the sort of overload that’s possible with SC. I’ve had a taste of recon in the last couple of days (I think) and it seemed quite familiar. More powerful even. In fact, I’m quite amazed at how much Regeneration has stirred things up. Mostly in a good way. And the discomfort passed quite quickly.

So, thanks to everyone who offered their advice and experience. Much appreciated.
