Binaural beats after loops?

I usually listen to binaural beats (432hz or 528hz) while making breakfast in the morning. Say I played one or two of my subs just before this, would it affect my results?

I know it’s been said to avoid listening to brainwave entrainment frequencies before or after your subs.

I’m just talking pure 432 hz binaural beats.

Btw isochronic tones are newest and better technology than binaural.

Yes! I almost forgot about that. Will have to try it out

Did not know that, been meditating with the brain.fm app before running a sub for ages now…

Yeah, I use brain.fm too. I could be wrong, but I remember reading a post that said it interfered with the sub processing. So I stopped using it around my sub listening times.

Also remember reading that other stuff should be avoided. I’ve been avoiding pretty much everything except unguided meditation, I’ve even stopped listening to as many videos on YouTube because I don’t want information that’s counterproductive to my goals “leaking in.” I’m being super neurotic and literal about it though :stuck_out_tongue:. I don’t have an answer, but avoiding stuff has been working for me.

Found it! Page 26 of the instruction manual:

“We also cannot take responsibility for the results of other modalities, such as hypnosis,
affirmations, binaural beats etc., and the results of combining them. In most cases, mixing our
titles with other modalities will cause a clash, with the result being that our subliminals will
overpower the other modality and you’ll end up having to work through additional
reconciliation.
Ultimately, both cases constitute experimentation, and while we encourage to experiment and
explore, it is fully your responsibility.”

I stopped listening to binaural beats when I started subs because It may interfere as said above but when I want to feel that frequency type of effect I listen to ultrasonic instead of masked.

That might be a bit too heavy haha

You surely can watch YouTube videos but apparently not Brain.fm lol

Not better. Isochronic is more effective on speakers. Binaural is better overall if you use headphones
