I was listening to beyond limitless supercharger and following the visualizations. And as the minutes passed, I had a great urge to cry. And by the end, I was already sobbing. Is that normal?

Generally, I would not be surprised if this happened with Elixir. But, having said that, everyone responds differently to subs. Unless u feel messed up, nothing is not normal.
Well, you just imagined the entire universe burn away, and then
being in the position of God - creating whatever you please.
Sure, it would be normal to cry,
whether in grief of such annihilation, or more likely,
because you experienced such power, such freedom, for the first time.
