I have been using Beyond Limitless Ultima everyday one loop, at a very low level 16 general volume and 31 player volume, I got pain in the ears, most right ear. Even I lower the player volume to 23 and I continue having pain This is in groove music from Windows. If I lower the sound more I wont be able to listen the sounds. What is your recommendation?
I opened the 4 ultimas I own and saw that Beyond Limitless is more than half the potency of the other ultimas.

That visible difference is more of an audio Volume issue, not potency.
The original Ultimas were made at about 86 dB – same as the Q masked files.
… BLU, RebirthU, LDU, LibU-v1, StarkU, and SanguineU.
The “12” collection was made at 95 dB – same for the DragonQ masked files.
… Executive, and all else.
Dragon Ultima is even louder at 98 dB.
Take a break for a few days. See if that helps.
Play on Speakers instead of earphones, if possible.

If the pain is only caused by BLU, then maybe it is some kind of recon, so just stop that for now.
If all ultrasonics do it, then that’s another matter.
Interesting note: Members have found that ElixirU can cure ear aches. 
It’s true Elixer helps with this.
BLU gave me ear issues too specifically in the begining.
Sometimes recon can cause neck and jaw tension which can effect your ear-since the TMJ is so close to it. If it’s not ultrasonics but only Ultima this could be more the issue.
Whatever the case I’d take a a few days break from subs altogether, then return to masked, then after a couple days, test ultrasonic on speakers, if no issues go to Ultima on speakers. If you want to go back to headphones test ultrasonic on headphones first, if no issues, test an Ultima besides BLU on headphones, if no issues try BLU again on headphones.
Use VLC, trust it’s much better.

Better, thanks for asking, I took 6 days off, today I restarted using Q subliminals!! On day 5 and 6 off I had headaches, maybe there were the subliminals executing.
Yeah-I took 3 days off and was still executing like crazy-I reintroduced subs tonight and it hit me like a mac track. Q is insanely strong.
