Hi guys, hope everyone is doing well. For those that have used 3 subs in their stack and then dropped 1 to have more focus on their top 2, did you notice a big difference in results? Do you still only listen to 2 subs at a time? What are your thoughts on this?
I started a physical shifting custom and I put in IQ booster module so that perhaps I can drop limitless to have more focus on 2 subs- physical shifting custom and EOG stage 2.
I used to use 3 subs, then I dropped it to 2 subs.
I like the simplicity.
The more subs you use, the more convoluted it feels.
Especially when they have vastly different goals.
Using only 2 instead of 3 allows me to distribute my focus more easily.
I also have 1 slot free to fill whenever for a short term goal or an emergency if I need to.
2 is less heavy.
3 covers more.
Chose whichever fits your needs better.
I was doing 2 subs for a while. Recently switched to 3 and actually have been seeing more growth and adaptability recently. I think it’s highly dependent on what the third title in the stack is sometimes. For me I’ve got my HOT custom, Seductress, and Sanguine. I was actually hitting a pretty solid wall on just my custom and seductress, adding sanguine has helped me reconcile better. I’ve also been on three sub stacks and it’s just way too much to juggle for me.
But I would say in general a strong 2 sub focus is usually the way to go.
Thank you @Fractal_Explorer. Perhaps Sanguine compliments your stack because it helps elevate your feelings of peace and calmness. I was thinking of using LBFH just to have a continuous feeling of love every day.
The difference is very big, with one sub, the results are very clear and quite fast. Seems like it’s a good approach to start with just one main subliminal, around which you will be building your future stack (based on your needs and goals)
That’s how I started recently too. Started with Emperor, then was building my stack around it, while Emperor is still my main sub.
Yet, after all, I’ve decided to play a longer game but with wider areas of improvement. Currently my stack is Emperor + DRR ST1 + QL ST1 + NR - 4 subs, covering almost everything that I strive to achieve, Also just experimenting how well it would work with 4 subs for me but that seems to be my long term stack (with moving through stages, of course). And actions must be taken for each sub, keep that in mind.
The fun thing is that if you take extreme amounts of action, you can get almost as fast and big results with 3 subs as with 1 sub. I started Emperor while barely doing shit but it helped me to build the necessary daily routine that produces a ton of enthusiasm in me and now I’m able to basically take action all day long for each of my subs, and the results follow.
So, if you are in need of fast results or haven’t built the foundation, focus on one sub. If you are in no rush and/or able to take a ton of action, then sure, 3 subs is likely to be no problem
Also keep in mind that each sub in the stack bends the other ones toward each other, so to speak and they all unify towards one goal… I can’t really properly explain it really, for now it’s just something that I feel very clearly.
I start here. Find out what your “Main” subliminal is, I like to plan my subliminals in quarters, so, I have one “main” subliminal for every 3 month period. Ideally, I keep my “main” subliminal for two months in a row.
My current “main” subliminal is Emperor Daddy.
You pick your main subliminal based off who you’re ultimately trying to be. I’m using Emperor Daddy (as a 30 year old) to be confident, successful in corporate sales, attractive, responsible, and just overall have a good life.
Before adding a second subliminal it’s good to run just the one subliminal for a while and see what it really does for you, and what it lacks. Like, if I need more confidence from Emperor Daddy, I would increase my listening time from 5m to 8m before I added in GLM:Co or another confidence title.
Then I add in a second sub based on the biggest obstacle that would stop me from achieving the main goals i have from my main title. I want to be successful, have a good life, be considered a leader, become an influencer, EmpD helps with all of that, but I’m still struggling with productivity so what do I do, I add Limitless Executive.
Second sub in my stack is also a long term, 1-3 month title, that supports my main sub and kicks it into hyperdrive.
Then you get a positive feedback loop. EmpD is giving me the confidence and social opportunities to be more productive, so I have lots of opportunities to “take action” and activate Limitless Executive’s scripting. Then that makes me better at what I do, and I’m “taking action” on even more of EmpD’s scripting. So they both get better results together than if I ran them solo. That’s the ideal 2 subliminal combo.
For my 3rd subliminal, it’s on an as needed basis. I run a 21 day cycle (16 listening days, 5 washout days) so that I run a subliminal EVERY monday no matter what, and have something close to a 2 weeks on, one week off schedule.
The 3rd subliminal in my stack is a temporary, short term, project based or needs based choice. I only microloop it, to avoid the recon from adding a new title and exposing myself to 3 full titles. And I usually only run it for the first half of my cycle, so that if I want to listen to a different 3rd title next cycle, I’ve had a 12 day break before adding a third sub, not a 5-day break.
I used to do 3 subs a long time ago, it was too much for me, specially since I chose heavy subs. After a while I reduced my stack to just 2 and it works much smoother.
My actual thought is 1 sub is your main tool, you do it for a long time, sub number 2 is your side dish, never as heavy as the main course. This one can be changed more often as you find you need to add other areas of growth to aid/color the main set of goals.
Whoa, thank you for all the nuggets @Jouissance. Do you feel that change is permanent after you listen to a sub and you’ve accomplished your goals with that title? Also, what is your recommendation for customs? How long would you listen to a custom that has 2 cores and 20 modules?
The schedule rules never applies to everyone, at one of my journeys I totally miss to listen to my stack then I noticed something. The mind cannot take that much in one big load. It will prioritize what you become comfortable with.
For example you take a physical shifting title and have taking steps by going to the gym, as you appreciate the results the subs will help you manifest what you wish for. I believe this seeing-the-results will make the titles process much faster. You have to be in gratitude in whatever result/s you have received.
When I got that, I keep on recalling the results I made and I may not follow the usual MWF schedule but I focus more on enjoying the experienced.
After which I stack on the other titles. Like I listened to Emperor alone, then Khan, then I stack them with DR - then I got too many recon as expected which is good.
When you invest time to Sync your mind with the titles you will get to see the results in a short time.
This rotation stuff doesnt apply to when your just switiching subliminals right? If im listening to 2 customs and want to swap one of them out i just do a washout right?
