Better relationships with managers?

Hey guys,

I need some recommendations on how to maintain better relationships with my managers and to ensure that I get the best shifts as a bartender.

Been running into some issues with guest complaints lately over VERY minor stuff and seems management is just forcing me out now in my current spot which is annoying.

So I want to ensure that my next spot goes over much smoother and I keep favor with management team.

Love Bomb, Chosen. Love Bomb is really a thing, made my examine takers softer towards me.

Second person to recommend Love Bomb. Why do you think that helps with maintaining workplace relationships?

I’d say PCC or the upgraded PCC in Emperor: TWTP. Great start.

Another could be a run through of Quantum Limitless. Cognitive boosting but also the reality-awareness aspects.

I third LB, and/or LbfH (atleast until LB gets some of that new limited edition Mc Lovin’ sauce). Others treat you with love and all it entails.

Perhaps also adding RICH could help.

You could also go against the grain and give this cocktail a shot:

Emperor or E:Black+ Khan St 2 + Com:GLM. Show them who’s the actual manager :cowboy_hat_face:

Whether it’s personal relationships or work relationships, the energy behind appreciation is the same. Now it would be way easier for everyone if your work performance is stellar. Managers still need to do their jobs. A good manager will do what’s best for the business first regardless of how he feels about you. Don’t get yourself in a situation where they have to let you go or give you worse shifts regardless of the appreciation the sub might have created.

because Love Bomb is a general love spreading aura, not romanсe type love. It makes people to do favors to you and be kind to you.

Good call. The best way to endear a manager to oneself is to make their job easier. Do anything you can to make them look good. Which is right ouf of 48LPs, hence my PCC suggestion.

Emperor makes me insanely disagreeable for work place dynamics lol

Hmm… perhaps Black then. You cant be disagreeable if no one’s around ya😜

That would make for a short-term job as a bartender lol

EDIT: I agree with Love Bomb(or LBFH) and Chosen. These would work great with customers.

I am not striving for stellar 10/10 performance, it’s just a hospitality job.

Hmmm Emperor Black might not suit the whole social dynamic bartender position

We might have a difference of opinion there. How you do one thing is how you do everything. How you strive to perform at “just a hospitality job” is how you would most likely approach any other job. If for example you run Limitless Executive, it would attempt to push you to give a 100% diligence to the job. If you’re running LBFH, it would attempt to do the same thing because your self-esteem would not tolerate that managers think less of you because of work performance.

Basically, in a professional setting whether, you’re a janitor or an investment banker, how dedicated you are to your job is always going to be the central factor of how managers feel about you. No sub is going to change that.

You’re 100% right but I am not really interested in fitting the employee mold. My current job is just a means to an end while other things are being worked on.

Think of my question as a short term solution fix rather than a deep philosophical on “how to be a great employee”

Got you! But that doesn’t have anything to do with what I was talking about. I’m talking about a general attitude toward work. Whether you fit the employee mold or not, while you’re at the job just give your all then go home. You’re getting paid for it. One of my earliest mentors said that if you have a job while you’re building a business, still try to be a phenomenal employee whether you like the job or not. You chose to be there. Be the type of person the managers feel sorry to see you go when you decide to move on as opposed to them feeling relieved or indifferent when you leave. It’s just a general attitude about life and work.

Emperor: The Will To Power.

Will teach you power dynamics that helps you deal with higher ups like managers while still keeping you charismatic and high status as a bartender.

You will know how to deal with anyone.

If you want a stack for this, then:

  • Emperor: The Will to Power
  • Renaissance Man
  • RICH

Renaissance Man for bartending skills and emotional intelligence. RiCH for the money.

I am leaning towards keeping my main stack and adding another.

Emperor: Will of Power and Love Bomb seem like great additions.

Just another vote to try love bomb, I have a really difficult person sending me happy texts.

I can’t believe the shift in this relationship.

Also, this is evil but in my experience a lot of bar regulars are desperate for sexual attention. Maybe something with a sexual aura.

The stack I am leaning towards is Genesis: Mogul & Love Bomb & Quantum Limitless.

Also leaning a bit towards Chosen as well.
