**[ Cycle VI | Staging 444 ] **
Some people have a funny sense of humor. I, for one, prefer walking to the grocery store for refreshments, even though my company has plenty of them. From my own experience, stepping outside and exposing oneself to the world presents countless opportunities.
So, one day, I bought a biscuit and a pineapple juice drink and sat down next to a man who was already there. He cracked a few jokes and laughed loudly, but I didn’t join in. I think he noticed, and it seemed like he wanted to keep the conversation going. He turned to me and asked, “If you were given a choice in life, what would it be, assuming everything else failed?”
I paused, unsure of how to answer. I didn’t think too much about it because, honestly, I expected him to just laugh at whatever I said. But I told him, “I’m not the type to give up. I just keep going until the sun sets, and when it rises again, I start another day.”
He looked at me, unsatisfied, and said, “No, that’s not what I mean. I know you well since you were a kid, and I’m not happy with your answer.”
I was curious now, so I asked, “Alright, then tell me—if you were me, what would you choose?”
He replied:
“I’d invest in stocks.” (I had to admit, that might actually make sense—this guy, a bit of a drunkard, seemed to know something about that.)
“If that fails,” he said, “I’d hit the casino and gamble. Maybe I’d get lucky.”
I raised an eyebrow. “So, you’d gamble everything?”
He grinned, “Yeah, maybe I’d get lucky.”
“Okay, but if that fails?” I asked, half-expecting what was coming next.
“Well,” he continued, “I’d marry a sugar mommy.”
I couldn’t help but laugh. “With your age, would that even be possible?”
“Oh, age doesn’t matter nowadays,” he said with a wink. “What matters is comfort.”
I shook my head, laughing. “I see… So what’s your next step?”
“If all else fails,” he said, “I’d try my luck in the drug business. Maybe I’ll become a drug lord someday.”
I wasn’t surprised. I knew this guy well enough to know he wasn’t exactly making the best life choices.
The thing is, when people get desperate, they often look for quick fixes—things that seem like solutions but only bring them right back to where they started. It’s the same cycle over and over again.
As for me, I believe there’s a secret to getting ahead in life. You can’t reach higher frequencies without putting in the effort—though it’s not about working harder, but about trying. It’s crucial to keep pushing forward.
And here’s another truth: you can’t get rich alone. To make it to the top, you need to harness a lot of energy—like a rocket ship. That’s why I’m passionate about philanthropy. I never worry about running out of energy because I’ve built up reserves. I can keep doing what I love, without constantly stressing about the expenses or doubts that come my way.
