Best Ultima title for relaxation?

I was thinking about this and it would be nice to run an ultima title that just focuses on physical relaxation, no healing, no mental stuff, for those type of days where you just need deeper rest.

At first I thought Sanguine, but it has confidence and other sort of enhancement based results in it. Basically what I’m getting at is an ultima title that won’t kick up reconciliation because the main goals of it are so simple. Like releasing tension from muscles, calming the breathing, all physiological stuff that we do every day that doesn’t require a lot of mental effort or doesn’t challenge deeply held beliefs. Basically for those days where you might be dealing with intense reconciliation and need to focus on calming and centering yourself.

I could build a custom ultima, but after licensing the modules and building it out it would add up. And then if the tech changes in the future I’d have to rebuild. Would be nice to just have an all in one ultima for this purpose.

Paragon knocks me out. It’s my go to subliminal when I’m having trouble getting to sleep. When I play it at bedtime I’ll go to sleep and wake up about three hours later to take off my headphones. If you’re looking to relax, I’d say it’s an excellent choice.

For full on relaxation, sleep like a baby kind, then Paragon.

Surprisingly, Love Bomb is has a different kind of relaxation, like things are safe, an internal kind.
