Is alchemist or DR better for cleaning and building good energy base?

Alchemist Stage 1 is amazing if it comes to transmuting negative energy. Better than DR.

Alchemist, like voytek mentioned.
Maybe love bomb fits the bill as well? Though it could be classified as transmutation of energy.
The Alchemist has transmuted a lot of my negative energies and it’s supporting my physical, psychological and energetic purification.
For the first couple of days, I felt a massive negative energies accumulation that was under my control and didn’t feel bad. That negative energy didn’t make me feel weak but the opposite. It was like merging both energies (positive and negative) and making me stronger energetically.
Now it’s more like energy purification so removing all the negativity like intrusive thoughts and my negative self-talk which is non-existent right now.

For me, it would be rather the Elixir or DR Ultima.

if you are into the rest of the things alchemist covers, alchemist
dr helps too but on a MUCH deeper level so if you are ready for tearing everything down possibly and starting a new then DR - much more comprehensive too IMO
but ultimately Dif tools for diff purposes I reckon (used both and love both)

I disagree. Like @Simon I treat every multistage as a toolbox in which you have four tools at your disposal and you can use them according to your needs or whims. And as you know, experimenting is SC’s visit card.
I was considering doing Alchemist Stage 1 only but, ultimately, I want to develop my spirituality.

lets say you had to make financial decision : either buy alchemist or dr
goal: to remove all of the negative energy and have positive energy even when you are in hard times.
maybe Sanguine ultima is better choice?

Short term? Yeah, Sanguine is an excellent tool for that.
Long term, it will ultimately depend upon which would resonate more with you. Both of which set you on a different course and give you different results. The lowest common denominator is elimination of toxic negativity. How do you want to result into that conclusion and what treasures do you wish to attain along the path?
If I were in your shoes, I would examine the merits of the two and take into account the work that you’ll have to put into either. From what I see, cleansing can be achieved by stage one of either. And you’ll be left off with 3 subliminals looking at ya.

I think if one is into the practices outlined in Alchemist they should definitely check it out
if not, DR may have more value, still diff tools diff purposes
In order to make the best financial decision, consider the entire big picture of everything you want even when buying one program.
Dragon Reborn and Alchemist can both contribute to Energy Purification, but the thing is that they both do many additional things as well. So you want to consider which program fits best into your own overall priorities and game plan.
But, in brief, they’ll both do it. (As will a number of other programs too, especially when combined with simple energy cultivation practices.)
I’ve looked through the thread above and I can’t see any post in which you defined what you mean by ‘energy cleanse’. So, it’s also possible that you may actually be looking for something other than what I and others have recommended.
What kind(s) of energy do you want to cleanse and why?

I woud go with Dragon Reborn to have a solid foundation and after that time (4-12 months)

I guess it has to do more with emotional energy
as in certain situations i have noticed i tend to have lower energies like when doing tasks i dont enjoy doing or being in uncomfortable situations
yea we cant always be in a high it would be crazy but hmm i was wondering if i could somehow raise my baseline energy levels to a more vibrant type person

You can of course raise your energy but the underlying causes for low energy are still there.
If you want to clean the causes out of you then it’s Dragon Reborn.
If you have the money you can do a custom with specific modules
But to not have energy when you don’t like something is normal. Otherwise you woud running around and screaming in Joy : yeaaa yeeaaa yeeeaa I dont like that shit

DR would be like … a nuclear option in a way pretty much
Alchemist is much gentler
you could try something more gentle if rest of alchemist doesn’t resonate with you, for now, like regeneration or whatever, see how that goes, or elixir Ultima/sanguine Ultima
