If I was to single out only one then I would say Ascension without any doubt.
Spartan is great when it comes to those things as well.

From what I’ve got reading on forum it seems as Ascended Mogul is more focused than Emperor, even if Emp is containing AscMog, right?
Yes, I am thinking of a custom with these cores. Read about Limitless Executive is very good for productivity.
And then pairing the custom with Spartan standalone (or maybe Legacy) for mental and physical toughness.
It has a narrower scope, therefore, the results are faster and more pronounced, theoretically.
If you really want to go into those two domains (business related productivity and toughness), I would go with my former stack I built my current custom upon, that is Stark and Spartan. It gave me an insane drive, I just couldn’t stop building my online businesses working 14h a day relentlessly, it also improved my health and body’s general performance even though I practice yoga only. It’s a Tony Stark’s and Iron Man’s stack.

Would you say that Spartans focus is narrowed into and hyper drives whatever archetype you combine with it?

It works very well for typical masculine archetypes like warrior, magician, lover and king, and, especially for warrior, naturally. It gives you that masculine edge and relentlessness that helps you ascend on your path. It pairs up with Stark just amazingly. It may be sorts of Emperor without the strong drive to build an empire but to advance in your life and build the lifestyle you dream of.
