Looking to start building a real estate investing business on the side of my sales job which is also real estate focused. Going to be stacking 3 titles. My only goal on the side of making wealth is in the gym. Fitness is a huge part of my life and I’m terribly afraid of becoming an out of shape business mogal, so I want to include some fitness aspect into my stack as well. Emperor for me has done well in maintaining my gym regimen, and I would do emperor fitness but we don’t have ZP2 yet. :(. Suggestions please!

HOM sounds like something meant for working with things like real estate, since I assume you’d be doing some networking.

Real estate is all about establishing trust and building relationships and long term thinking. How do I know? I used to sell marketing solutions to realtors. I was pretty close to that industry at one point.
You don’t get clients. In real estate, clients CHOOSE you. Whether you succeed or not depends on how well you understand the difference.
A perfect stack would be (in my opinion):
Chosen + True Sell + HoM
Chosen to build trust and be seen in a positive light.
True Sell (this is pretty obvious why)
HoM for relationships, long term thinking and gravitas.

Didn’t think of H.O.M. Ran this awhile back in a sales stack and had awesome results. Got that one locked in…. Considered emperor but honestly when I’m doing sales and any body tries me I get so pissed lol, not sure if it’ll make the cut this time around.
