What do you think would be the best stack to make video/reels on social media, as me speaking in front of the camera?

Off the top of my head…True Sell + Stark.
Charisma would get boosted way up by both of those subs, and both would help with on-the-fly improvisation while recording, being able to roll with flashes of insight that you may not have had during writing while making it look and sound good.

I am also thinking of Chosen, Wanted, LBFH.

Nice ideas, this feels similar to my goal of streaming for a living on Twitch. It’s really hard to pick things because there’s so many ways to create content and most subs can help. So what do you pick? That’s the million dollar question.
Pretty much exactly what @Lion said. 
Stark for popularity and charisma, 
True Sell to sell yourself to your audience (and eventually sponsors) and 
Inner Circle to grow your community.
While all three of these are really good, they don’t really target your goals directly and would detract from it somewhat. Once you start running Stark, True Sell and Inner Circle for long enough you can consider making a 
Stark/True Sell custom, keep Inner Circle and put in a third sub that you think is interesting. If you’re a fitness Youtuber, 
Emperor Fitness. If you’re a productivity Youtuber, 
Quantum Limitless. I think you get what I mean.
So what is your niche, if you don’t mind sharing?
Coaching and hypnosis.
Chosen would be very good for coaching. Now am not sure about your stack anymore lol.
Here’s what I would recommend taking that into account.
Stack 1 (The General Influencer Stack)
Stark
True Sell
Inner Circle
Run Stack 1 for 3 - 6 months. If you feel it’s a good stack and you like all the subs in it, you proceed to :-
Stack 2 (The Coach/Leader/Mentor Influencer Stack)
Stark + True Sell custom (with Entranced + Chiron modules for teaching/doing hypnosis)
Inner Circle
Chosen (for coaching)
Then you run Stack 2 and see if you like it. You can then decide where you want to go on from there.
Yup. @Beowulf 's stack ideas will work.
You could also try 2 stacks of Stark + True Sell + Inner Circle and Chosen + True Sell + Inner Circle.
Run the first stack for 1 cycle, then the second stack for the next cycle and keep interchanging it until you can afford to make the custom Beowulf recommended.

I already have a ZP custom with Renaissance and RICH which I can use as the 3rd spot, besides Stark and True Sell.
It has some scripting for manifesting people but am not sure whether it will suit your requirement.

This is a great custom. I think it can replace your Stark or Chosen slot. Try running it with True Sell and Inner Circle. I think it will work well (RM/RICH custom + TrSe + IC).
