Title wise I’d agree most with @aaa.
Perfect would be a title like Matriarch: Cougar as a counterpart to Emperor: Daddy.
But we don’t have that yet.
Yet a title like Ascension for women or perhaps Seductress might be the best bet.
Against ADHD Emperor Executive is the best you can do.
So that would lead me to the following recommendation
a) Paragon against her pain
b) Emperor Executive against ADHD
c) Ascension for Women or Seductress for a more self secure or mature behaviour.

That is really rough.
Is it just knowledge she needs to build? Or is there a lot of fear around it as well?
It’s hard to say what would be best for her given the limited amount of info. This could be a simple skills issue she has to develop. Or it could go much much deeper and needs a different approach.
For now I think Sanguine and Paragon is a good option to help her feel better. Maybe AoH building on top of that when she’s ready.
I will say though the fact she has struggled to learn these things on her own does seem to point to a bigger issue. Has she worked with a therapist?

A lot of you are recommending Phoenix.
While I agree that it’s a great sub for the problem at hand, please be mindful of its strength.
Don’t forget that this is for someone new to subs.
This is why I recommended LB first, then Phoenix later down the line, instead of near the beginning.

Let her start with the two free titles, AoH and LBFH. Both will build self-worth and self-esteem through happiness and love respectively. Which will in-turn lead to realizations about what she wants out of life.
It’s okay to be innocent. Sometimes innocence is mistaken for naivety especially in women.
But the maturity of being happy and self-loving (as well as loving others in a healthy manner) would be useful to her. Which is what those two titles will help with.

I don’t want to give too much information, but she actually IS a therapist… 
Which is what makes her situation somewhat unique. She technically knows better, yet she’s felt powerless to actually help herself.
I suspect, knowing her quite well, that she has some pretty deeply ingrained beliefs that aren’t serving her.
Based on the above and my knowledge of my own subconcious blocks around some issues, I think it’s an issue of subconcious blockages/trauma.

Oooh. That is a tricky one. But it makes sense. You can’t do therapy on yourself. Too much bias.
It sounds like she’s off to a good start. Maybe she just needs small stepping stones to give herself some more confidence.
I can speak from experience, knowledge and awareness only takes someone so far and in a lot of ways it can be a certain type of hell witnessing yourself do the very things you know won’t result in what you want. So it’s gotta be really hard for her.

After reading what you have said about her and in consideration of her stack I would include only Lovebomb for at least a halve year to a year.
She needs love, lots of it. Specially as a therapist herself who had no father.

I think Ascension doesn’t need any explanation as it’s about putting your life on the right track.
When it comes to Alchemist, it’s about clearing out the negativity and becoming immune to it, finding your path and learning how to cultivate not only your energies but your inner strength.
It was Alchemist that helped me understand myself and how I really relate to the world on the deepr levels. She seems to be still looking for her place in the world that is so much different to what she thinks it is. Alchemist it the best Pathfinder.
Another thing is people envy her her contentment the most and they see her vulnerabilty as a weakess. Alchemist also shields your from negative energies and toxicity. That lets your vulnerability breathe and thrive as it’s a gift, in fact.
The Alchemist makes you a “spiritual” titan who rules over his/her inner world.
Ascension would help with the outer world.

Interesting take.
I like the suggestions @Viktor has given. If she’s a therapist it’s possible after using the free subs like LBFH/AoH that RoM could be an option to help her explore the belief structures and aspects of the mind that might be holding them back. At the very least it would help with the self analysis.

Nothing too emotionally challenging, motivates one to build a life – make a list of goals & projects to accomplish, build useful habits, establish basic boundaries, and – have the courage & peace of mind to pursue this new life.
Plus, should attract more respect from people, thanks to the ascended confidence.
Heavier subs can be tested later.

She’s “allowed” to explore the world, but her mother still helicopters constantly so she’s still pretty sheltered in most ways.
Let me put it this way, she just had her first sip of alcohol at a religious service about a month ago. During which she called me like 3 times to make sure she wasn’t going to get drunk off a single mimosa.
