Best piece of advice you would give a newbie

What best piece of advice would you give a newbie? I just regret I didn’t ask that question when I was a newbie. Oh well, it’s never too late to learn new things.

My advice would be; set your objective, analyze your shortcomings and life situation thoroughly, consult it with experienced users on the forum and ONLY then choose your sub/stack.

I’d say don’t stack many programs

I did this in the past, and it wasn’t so good. When I first tried out Emperor solo and later Khan I saw what the true power of that program is. I know it’s tempting and I still stack more than the average person here, but sometimes I Took it too far.

And I know some people say “subconscious is unlimited so it’s okay”, “it’s just affirmations”, and proceed to stack 8 programs (I’ve done this in the past) or even crazier things such as using an editor to stack the files on top of each other and then speed them up 1000x with 30 files from various producers in there…

I don’t want to be the one to set limitations on people, but there is an art and science to things and while experimentation is welcome, it’s better to trust the ones who have created the program and not do things that make little sense.

So that’s it for me, just ask for advice, and practice common sense. I think each of the subs here takes you on a journey and it’s not ‘just affirmations’, so best plan accordingly and play it in a way that will bring you superior results.

Tl;dr: don’t listen to too many programs at once, take it slow especially at first and listen to yourself, if you find yourself getting very agitated maybe you should slow it a bit down, etc

Mine would be: Hold your course. Keep listening to your chosen solo/stack, no matter what.

I know there are people who feel the changes quickly. Either they have lots of experience running subs /other technologies, or they are highly attuned to this stuff.

I am not one of those people, but I still have had tremendous results from SubClub products.

@Sub.Zero
I would say just think in terms of 6 months not days and weeks. Choose one sub and run that for 6 months no matter what happens.
Im doing that would khan now at the moment.

I’d say start with one gentle program that is strongly aligned with the Actions you are already taking.

This will give you a good sense of the power of the subliminals and of the ways in which they work. It will also serve the function of a Seed and a Foundation for your future growth and projects.

Allow your results to snowball. Let one achievement lead to the next.

Two more (related) things I’d also say:

  1. The power of your own mind—your vision and your will—is paramount. A clear vision and a strong will grounded in integrity will harness the energy of the subliminal and shape it, guiding what it becomes. INVEST IN YOUR OWN MIND FIRST.

  2. Use the subliminal as a legal performance-enhancer. Think of it as insurance that your efforts will be successful and will bear good fruit. Your equation should be Effort + Subliminal = Results. Use it to ensure that your actions are successful.

Mind would be.

Don’t pull a mecharc … If people still remember what that is

Before you make a purchase, read and read a lot, and ask a lot. After you’ve done research and you’re faily confident about the the program you need, stick with it for at least 2-3 months, even longer.

Listen to your body, and don’t overcomplicate things. When you’ve already made the purchase, believe it works; It’s yours now, you’re equipping yourself with a powerful tool, and it could only help you from now on.

I’m curious how @SaintSovereign would advise a newbie, please.

Thank you, gentlemen. If you or anyoe else had some advice, it would be great if you shared it with us. Thank you.

Pick 1 major program for 3 months minimum
don’t stack with anything but 1 ultima starting the second month.
Follow the Q loops recommended listening pattern. Err on the side of under-listening then over listening.

Make a decision for what your life will be like in those 3 months, what will be different, how will you be different, choose and then decide. Decide, has the same suffix as homicide or suicide involves killing off-to decide is to kill off all other options.

Have specific goals inside your decision and then act with commitment, meaning you will make it happen even if you do not see or know how, to achieving those goals in that time frame. Take action regarding your results goals and let your ‘being goals/how you want to be’ take care of itself.

Act as if your not listening to subs and nothing, no person, no tool, no sub, will ‘save you’ or get you there. In other words you do the sub don’t lay back and expect the sub to ‘do you’.

Journal publicly or privately, but journal to track results and move past emotional blocks.

Aside from conscious ranting, let go of where you abdicate responsibility, " I can’t workout out/meet people cause of covid’ ’ I had a hard childhood’ etc. This is not to diminish or invalidate circumstantial difficulties or past hurts that need to be deal with as they live on in this moment. Life has challenges, assigning excess power to these will only hurt your quality of life and results.

Lastly -look for everywhere you can ascribe results from the sub-even if only small. This will expand your awareness, or pathways of manifestation and results, to build and see bigger and better things more and more.
