@friday yes it was fun and overwhelming making this custom sub so many choices.
Okay so here are my modules that i used:

With all these i will become the man i want to be. 
Ofc i ended up with 36 modules first so i had to cut out so many good modules, where is the limit destroyer!! okay total 20 modules.
I am going to play this solo when its finished and start with 1-2 loops will see how i feel.
Another thing, someone talked about 1 hour silence and i tried it out and it was a success, i felt less tired from this method. I think i will use silence audio more.
So happy with this new Q custom sub they made.

Just got my baby 
I changed out invincible presence with iron frame as i feel it will help more with standing my ground.
I Started playing my first loop.
I am Feeling calm, relaxed but also mixed feeling of anger and happiness.
I’m So happy its finished.
I’ll update later when i have more awareness on what’s going on. 
Been feeling more sexual and charismatic today.
I had a party here home for my kid, felt more in control in social situation.
QLQ starting to kick in, extreme focus and learning at superspeed.
I feel relaxed and calm, tomorrow is job so i will put myself to the test.

I can feel changes since yesterday.
IDGAF attitude is there.
I feel calm inside.
Social situation is improving, not caring so much how i do.
Some healing is going on, old memories
comes up.
Works is a little easier
Now Back to work.

In the head area i feel alot tension/tense.
Anxiety or fear in my stomach.

This is annoying fear needs to calm down soon or else

Pretty awsome cores yes.
Khan feels like me, chill and alpha.
and stark is making me more positive, finding solutions to problem, a good teamworker and more.
QLQ is insane in improving my skills in games and at works, understanding, win.
Think i was a bit ambitious yesterday with my loops, it was 7 loops j think.
Today im Feeling better Only 1 loop so far.
Update.
Seems like the sub is taking more effect, working on different things.
I enjoyed work more today, at the end of the day i was like oh we are finished
My walking/standing style, seems more laid back, confident, sexy, elegant
More horny.
I have a small headace but it could be lack of enough water, will drink more soon.

I cant recall any dreams, i am a deep/heavy sleeper. Usually when i take a nap i can recall my dream.
Nothing major change yet today.
Felt a little insecure at the start of the day but it calmed down after an hour.
Wanting to push more loops but I’ll wait a few days before i increase.
I think the sub is working on something in stealth mode 
Lets see how it goes, still early to tell.
And my sub isnt the lightest.
But i dont feel tired from it.
Yesterday evening i was in a big battle with my sub, wanting to change sub, its not doing anything, i feel lost, anxiety, fear, weak, not grounded, social interaction was bad, hurt, hopelessness was the feeling. Fuck it.
After the sky comes the sun 
Today i feel i can stay on my sub.
Its not as dramatic as my mind wants it too be.
Press play everyday dont give up.

Actually is going great, its summer vacation for me now
I have built a new custom with only stark and khan st4, should be lighter.
So im ready for my new custom sub that ready in the morning i hope.
