I suggest you do it this way.
Dragon Reborn is not something like the other type of titles where you can feel the kick right away, it will take some time. It’s like a cough syrup where you get to feel worst before getting healed.
Start with a personal journal, it could be a calendar and write your ‘mistake’ or something you wanted to fix. I started with an odd goal into this program, I really don’t know what to do with my life.
Dragon Reborn will and always will dig deeper into your soul that all those hidden emotions will come to surface, it will scare you that so many who tried it failed - they all decide that it was a flaw title and deserve to be junk.
I had this thing that most people will tip toe seeing me in public (I wasn’t an ugly type or an average type of person), in that time I was a stranger to the world. I keep on reading that ‘sins’ on my journal (in your case, it should be personal - don’t share it here).
Look for something different and write it down. Mine, I had this plant and I put it on my bedroom - I was never a green type of guy, I hate vegetables including plants or trees but I never understood why I ever put a stupid plant in my bedroom - years past I had lots of community extension program that I become the center of attraction, business and pleasure (carefully decide what’s on your stacked so that you never get overwhelmed like I do).
When I went back to that journal with my ‘sins’ on it, I begun to understand why that is so. everything here is connected, there is always a good reason for everything under the sun.
You cannot change the inevitable but the more you embrace those things that you’re having problems with, it will become a familiar puzzle that you can do it while sleeping.
The evidence on these are that you become to appreciate yourself, your life, people - the opposite emotions will still be there but lesser and controlled.
Everything that most people seek are at the highest level, some cheat to pretend that they have it, and few had it but knows nobody understood them if they tell the truth, so they keep it on themselves.
