Back Problems getting more severe and painful

So I’m starting to get more and more severe back problems. It does not really help that I’m going through a 10 day crash course on the most advanced and simple form of interacting with women. And have to walk constantly.

Is there any modules or subs that help with back problem or spine problems. My mom have this problem her dad did. I have worked on my posture a lot but it still seem to catch up to me now. It does not help I’m super tall either.

Obviously going to a osteopath or chriopractor is good too.

But is there any specific modules for this? Or any other tips?

All advice is greatly appreciated

Paragon.

I would look into EFT (Gary Craig style) or Faster EFT (Robert Smith style, my personal fav of the two).

I had stabbing shoulder pain in 2009, which the Gary Craig method knocked out 90%-95% of the shoulder pain literally overnight. Discovered Faster EFT afterwards, and it works even faster.

That sounds really promising, I completely forgot about paragon XD.

Will check Gary Craig out as well

Can you tell if it’s coming from where your kidneys are?

Sometimes the kidneys are easily overlooked, and my last episode (maybe 3 months back) was bad enough where I called out of work a couple of times. I couldn’t even bend over and stay bent to tie my shoes.

I’m a big fan of Feldenkrais. It feels kinda boring in the beginning, but the effect is like magic.

Oh wow, It does not feel like it’s coming from the kidneys.

I got muscle and bone relaxant and it helps a lot. But don’t want to be on painkillers and pills all life.

I won’t be home until late tomorrow but in Louis hay heal your life book she talks about all issues people have and the symptom for it and what affirmation to say to fix the issue. If I had the book on me I would have screenshotted it and posted it here. But I will do it tomorrow when I get home. Online though this is what I found. Louis hay was part of the spiritual new age movement like Wayne dyer. She says what we fear or think manifest itself in the body. But here’s what I got online from looking this up

According to Louise Hay’s Heal Your Body A-Z, back pain is associated with lack of emotional support, guilt, fear of money and financial support .

What issues in ur life do you think is manifesting itself in back pain ?
Also have u looked into getting a shakti mat or acupressure mat ? It’s helped me relive back tension but idk if it would help with that severe type of back pain though

Will check this out as well thank you

Me neither. Prescription drugs are not made to heal people. I don’t use them.

I’ve been taking large doses of Vitamin D for a few years, on and off, and one required supplement is Vitamin K. Without K, the kidneys begin receiving lots of excess calcium since K is needed to assimilate calcium into the bones.

A week or two before my last episode, I ran out of K and kept taking my normal amounts of D. I found out the recommendation to supplement with K were correct, painfully and quickly. I was in pain constantly.

I didn’t want any standard medical treatment. So, I looked on an old health website where I’ve found numerous health solutions since about the year 2000. www.curezone.org.

I learned about Chanca Piedra, an herb used largely for kidney and bile flushing, and I found a product on Amazon.

I was out of pain within a week. But I found less pain from day 1.

I mention this since it’s the only thing that’s ever caused me back pain, and I work outside daily.

A Youtube channel that I quite like (the accent is an acquired taste, though) is this: https://www.youtube.com/@ImprovingAbility

In principle, you don’t need video though. You can download many lessons at: https://www.openatm.org/

It is really a process of learning and experimenting. It is not part of the workout. In the beginning, it feels a bit boring because nothing is going on. Over time, you become much more aware of your body and notice thouthands of things going on.
