I appreciate that subliminal club is currently managed by two individuals and it can be difficult to respond to every mail. May I suggest some kind of autoreply mail just to let people know the mail has been received and we have not been left in the dark. Should we get no reply.

Thank you for the suggestion, we already have some new changes coming in - a new ticketing system and we are expanding our support team to take care of all support issues.

just asking out of curiousity (and urgency haha) you do read all messages sent to you guys, even if it takes a bit of time to answer.
Im just asking because I dont want to write and bother again and again if you read them anyway if you got the time.
