Audio-books with subs,possible?

I have sleeping problems…my mind is creating to much movies in my head.

I want to distract it with audio books
Is it alright or would that be to heavy with subs?

Absolutely possible. You can listen to music, movies, audio books, YouTube videos, etc when listening to the subliminals over here.
