was wonderig whether I could be intereferring with ZP if I listened to audible command-affrimations ,lets say from my favourite creator , Dick Sutphen ?
In particular those programs of his , where he uses a patent like sound ,wich puts you in the theta
state(very repetitive) whilst Sutphen;s voice is quite commanding ,and slow.
In these tracks there are no subliminals.

I am asking as the recons can get nasty and I could spend days just thinking and doing automatic stuff .
no deep thinking etc that is as I used to when using those (Sutphen etc )
