I have a questions I have listen to ultrasound with headphones I should not do that but I put it like 5 or lower lever now I don’t want to use headphones for that reason but mostly I use mask with headphones and listen to it for one time only each day what is the best time to do astral projection when using the mask sound and about the ultrasound for without using the headphone what is the best time to do that…one more thing I am hard of hearing I think I was born with I have 70 percent lost both ear but hearing I have 30 percent hearing…so it not your fault but I just learning so does anybody know what is the best time to do astral projection just need some guide thank u and write back anybody
