For me it was a bit of an overload… definite alpha though. lol.

I was thinking how I never ran AM for a long period of time say 3 to 6 months straight etc. Its possible the alpha masculine feeling you get in ascension right away takes a while to kick in in AM. I know each person is different and some stuff in subs hit quicker or hit first for one person while for another person something else in the sub may hit quicker Or hit first.
The masculine powerful feeling in AM I didn’t feel but maybe had I ran it for a long period of time I would have felt that feeling.
Like in AM for me what kicks in right away is the productive feeling. If I’m watching tv or watching to much tv or playing games I have this feeling I shouldn’t be doing that I should be spending my time doing something to help me in my life.
It’s this push to be productive that’s what manifested for me in AM right away
