Hey guys. I purchased Ascension and now I’m curious to know. What’s the deal with two loops a day, if a single loop is only 15. minutes long? Can I listen to four loops a day every day, or with one day of rest in between? Cause I don’t really understand the technology behind it, why it only takes two loops a day with a days rest for the next three weeks. I’d appreciate if you explained it to me. Thanks in advance. =)
if you are only using one subliminal, which in this case is ascension, you have the option to play it twice for a total of 30 minutes every other day. so the schedule will look like this:
day 1: Ascension up to 30 minutes
day 2: rest
day 3: Ascension up to 30 minutes
day 4: rest
…
day 21: Ascension up to 30 minutes
day 22-26: rest
repeat
you “can”, but it’s not recommended at all. some subs here can give intense recon even with only 30 seconds of playtime.
stick with the recommended listening pattern in the ZP manual included in your purchase if you’re new.
I’ll pass this to the next person. but from my understanding & experience, the rest days are about letting the sub to enter execution mode & to avoid unnecessary recon
it is strongly recommended to follow official guidelines. If you listen to 4 loops a day, you will get a severe reconciliation. Start with one loop in two days.

The best analogy one could make is to compare it to working out. You workout for one day, you take a break the next day and then you workout again. The rest days are necessary for you to grow your muscles, in this case it’s your mind.
With Youtube subliminals, it’s like you’re working out with a stack of paper. You have to put in a ridiculous amount of reps to see any kind of improvement at all and since it barely affects you, people run them everyday 24/7.

That’s a really cool analogy, man. So I guess what you’re saying is two loops in a row a day and one day rest for the next twenty-one days. I can do that. It’s like home workout. Curious though, when will I first start noticing the results of the subliminal I purchased? Will it be three weeks, or will it take more? Thanks again, for the reply. Truly appreciate it.
Just to be clear, to make sure you understand the listening pattern. From the Support Page:-
If you’re listening to a single Zero Point title, the pattern is exceptionally easy:
Listen to 1-2 loops of the title, then take the next day off. Do this for roughly three weeks / 21 days then take five days off. That’s it. To illustrate:
- Day 1: 1-2 loops
- Day 2: Rest
- Day 3: 1-2 loops
- Day 4: Rest
… and so on. After 21 days, take five days off. If Day 21 is a rest day, you may include that in your five days off.
I think most people can see immediate results for most titles in under 3 weeks. I usually notice results the very first day I run them. Sometimes while I’m listening!
But you have to understand that to create deeper, longer-lasting results you will have to commit them for the long-haul. This especially applies to physical shifting titles. And there may be periods where you’ll experience a perceived plateau where the solution may be to just keep listening even if you don’t notice any changes happening.
Also, there’s a case to be made that you can experience results without even noticing them. So for example, you may notice results in Week 3 but you were actually experiencing those results earlier on - you just didn’t perceive them. That’s part of the reason why journaling is considered important here so that you can notice external/internal results and not dismiss them. Noticing results helps you get more results, in fact. As to why, I suspect it’s because you reinforce your confidence in your subconscious mind. There’s probably an official position on it but I can’t recall what it is at the moment.
It’s a trifecta of journaling + listening to subliminals + taking action. Do all three for a long period of time and you’ll have outstanding results.
