Ascension Q after running ascension v2

I am back after 3 day break…mind feels so clear.
Just ran one loop of ascension Q in the morning…can actually feel it…I run the mask…can already feel a slight pain at the back of the head nothing hectic.
I will run one more loop before I go to bed and see how it goes.

Hey peeps I have been running ascended mogul for the past two weeks. I run one loop each from Monday to Friday and take the weekends off. Noticable results/improvements i feel very productive at work and even at home.
