Ascension chamber for meditation/manifestation

So I know you can run Ascension Chamber once a week along with maximum three ZP subs in your cycle.
So AC + three ZP subs.

Can I run AC more than once a week? Unless i experience recon of course. I think maybe i could run it with my regular subs once in every other days, and i can use AC when i meditate or visualization for manifestation.

What do you think?

Just track your results, journal so you can adjust your stack/dose as you go if needed.
