Ascension chamber counter effects

Are there any contraindications, counter effects with Ascension chamber?

For example, i suffer mild OCD when i feel anxious in important situations, luckily less and less.

Could this factor affect negatively AC results?

As far as I am aware, AC doesn’t result in any negative manifestations I believe.

Ascension Chamber energizes and enhances a process that is already happening in your mind.

The process of taking an intention from Idea to Reality.

Either the intention manifests quickly or slowly. No counter-effects.

Imagine that you want to tie your shoelaces. You kneel or sit, move your hands to your laces, and tie them.

Can that backfire?

Not really. Might take you a while. You might get distracted. But unlikely to backfire.

That’s my opinion.

I’m guessing that you would recommend the following while running AC:

Enter a meditative state.
Read a light book, self-motivation quotes book.
Sorround with relaxing music.
Play with your pet.
Contemplate landscape.

And you wouldn’t recommend:

Reading a Stephen King book
Watching the news
Listening to Death Metal.
Worrying about future.

Am i right?

That depends on what you’re trying to manifest. Someone that likes metal might listen to it, intending towards attending a concert.

To manifest what you want purely, you have to have purity of mind and intent. Purity meaning, as clear of counter-elements as possible and ‘counter-elements’ is my way of conceptualizing anything that goes against your desire to be manifest.

For example, you want to hold an apple but everytime you picture yourself reaching for one, you discover in your mind’s eye that something, some whatever you want to call it, causes you to picture that you have no hand to hold the apple. A very stark example, but I hope it conveys what I mean.

So if metal disturbs your mind and emotional stability, it is advisable to stay away from that or any other thing that could potentially steer you away from allowing your desired reality to be.

Stay away from people that insist on telling you that you can’t do this or that or this won’t happen or this WILL happen. Train yourself to not allow the momentum of anxiety and worry to overwhelm you, as best as you can. But if you do, take it easy on yourself at first.

Manifestation is a part of who we are. We can’t stop doing it even if we want to, similarly to breathing.

And just like a lot of us (like myself) fall out of the natural rhythm of breathing and the cycle of our nature, so too do we forget at times that we are creating, even as we’re considering what we’re creating, how we’re creating.

So, like with breath work retraining the body mind (or whatever) to fall back into its natural rhythm, meditation, mindfulness and all of those goodies are each tools on the path to self mastery, of which co-creative mastery is an important part.
