As Above and So Below seem to be two programs that are run slightly less commonly. But they also seem awesome and fascinating.
I think I’m solidly in the demographic for working with them, but I’m trying to give my stack room to breathe, so I don’t really run much more than the occasional Ultima.
As far as time frame goes, Ultima tracks are all geared towards highly efficient facilitation of state changes. It’s common for the effects to be felt after as little as one loop. (Play 1 to 3 loops and then give the effects a few hours to manifest). (The exciting newer development was the finding that in addition to short-term state changes, the programs also seem to be supporting long-term growth as well.)
Sometimes, from what I’m reading, there may be an initial acclimation period of 5 days or so.
So we’re talking short-term and efficient here. You could run loop a day for a week or so (maybe with 1 or 2 rest days in there somewhere). After that, you’ll be primed and ready to experience rapid effects.
Then you can experiment with your own ideal loop amount and schedule. But it wouldn’t need a crazy amount of repetition. 1 to 3 loops a day, 3 to 5 days a week would probably work great.
Also, think about how you might want to direct the energy that is activated through these Ultimas (e.g., healing, meditation, exercise, energy work/energy circulation practices, mental/emotional shifts, and so on).
