So I’m up to 3 loops on my custom q now. I space out my listening across the day. Usually my third loop I listen to while going to sleep. So far I’ve noticed my dreams are influenced way more. Now I don’t know if it’s the 3 loops or it’s the fact I listen to one loop while I’m hitting that super suggestible state right before sleep. I’m thinking it’s the second. I’d be interested to know if anyone else has been listening that way.
Looping overnight doesn’t work for me. But hitting the subconscious while falling asleep might be a key to getting deeper communication with my subconscious.
