@friday if I have Khan stage1 in my custom that includes regeneration will it benefit me to add limit destroyer or khan at 1 is enough?

To be honest, would not add Khan Stage 1 at all.

Rather go for emotional healing module like I AM which is the equivalent to the breakdown in Khan or any other emotional healing module that fits your liking.

@friday I don’t need much of emotional healing. But I have some deep rooted limiting beliefs.

Yeah just check the emotional healing category in the q-store.

Especially at I AM, Februus, Unlimiter and Atman
