Any guitar players in SC?

Im getting a new electric guitar, its been over a year since I dont play and I never really learned much about music theory, also I want to learn all the cool tricks and playing techniques.
Im into hard rock, funk and blues.

I dont want to re invent the wheel by learning on my own, so my idea is to get a pro training course on video. Something that goes from the basics to an intermediate level.

At this moment Im not considering classes with a teacher.

What would the guitar players in here recommend? :sunglasses::zap::guitar:

I can play some
But I took classes for 3 months every alternate day few years back .

Yes I want to take classes too, but not right now, maybe starting next year.

I’ve used these and they are good. Will start you from nothing and systematically develop your rock guitar skills. Focuses on hard rock and metal.

I had an earlier version of Rocksmith. It will get you a bit addicted to playing guitar as a game, though when I had it I would not have called it instructional, though it did help me to develop skills.
