To be honest, I’ve only bought the book and learned from that. If the course (or in-person sessions, if those are still a thing) is better, I’d be amazed. The technique from the book is astounding; I want to get my own qEEG setup to record what it’s doing in my brain.
The book is Stress Less, Accomplish More. Highly recommended. I paired it with some Egoscue stretches and deep breathing exercises beforehand. I really need to get back into it as a regular practice… I started slacking on that when my daughter was born as mornings can be a bit hectic at times… at least compared to before!
I did a guided meditation this morning called Bliss Brain, I didn’t think I was meditating too deeply and then all of a sudden the meditation was over and 15 minutes had passed. Not as deep as my best Z sessions, but not bad for the first time running this guided session. I’m listening to learn the technique perfectly, then I’ll run through it on my own. I found the instructor’s voice to be a bit much. Like he was shouting at me, ordering me to feel bliss and joy… lol. I joke, a bit.
Z Technique is easier and is still my favorite.
