Could be glitch with the system. They were having problems with the website last week. I guess they’re still ironing out the bugs…

If it mentioned you need 15 characters, perhaps your support ticket and the message contained should be more elaborate and not as short?

Perhaps try to submit a more elaborate question. At least, if I understood it correctly.

Oh I meant 15 characters for the title of the topic, not for the support ticket.

I would think that if you were banned through the support system, they would have notified you or you would have received notification of the fact.
