Alchhemist st. 3 custom

Hi all

I’m moving to st. 3 of Alchemist next week. I always create a custom with just the core and deep sleep in order to get name embedding.

However, I’m currently doing a meditation program with some deep chakra work, and I was wondering if it could make sense to include some additional modules – I’m especially considering the energy improvement models and physical shifting.

Based on my limited knowledge of the body’s internal functions and how it relates to the chakra system, I thought that SPS: Nervous System could be a good addition to chakra work.
Maybe also SPS: Endocrine System and/or SPS: Lymphatic System. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

Furthermore, could any of the energy modules (Fusion Optimized, Metamorphosis, The Architecth or Energetic Development XI) be a good addition at this stage?

I’m only planning to run this st. 3 custom for 4-6 weeks and will afterwards create a larger alchemist st. 4 custom that I will run for a long time. Hence, I’m leaning towards not including any of the energy modules in the st. 3 custom.

Thank you. These are super great modules and I plan to use many of these for the st. 4 custom. I’m considering if all of these are overkill for a 4-6 week st. 3 custom, but interesting that you both have Endocrine and Lymphatic in there :slight_smile:

I like the idea of including SPS: Nervous System, but unless you’re planning to include it in the next custom, 4-6 weeks is kind of brief to play a physical shifting module.

Sounds like you’re planning to save energy with modules for the stage 4 custom. What are your goals for this stage 3 period of time?

I just took part of a custom I plan to build and added in the modules that you wanted.

Agree - anything that goes into st. 3 will be in st. 4 as well, which I’ll run at least to the end of the year.

Mainly chakra meditation in st. 3, which is why I thought that the lymphatic module could be interesting as well. Will probably do TM 2 x a day as well, so I expect a lot of purification.

I didn’t add so below in mine. I switched it out for mind’s eye. I saw that you were focusing on the energy centers so I included So Below in the custom

My sense is APS/SPS modules don’t translate to the energetics/ dimensional aspects of chakra work
unless there healing/ resolving a physical issue at the organs/systems that is stopping a baseline of integrity in that area. So if you want that or the effect of that physical improvements and/or shifting from that model run it for sure.

I would say those systems are more specifically linked to the below

Endocrine- might most closely tied to pituitary gland /Crown chakra
Nervous system 6th chakra
Lymph system -part of immune system so 1st Chakra

I think some of the more energetic or even emotional modules would have more of a direct effect on Charka or the dimension of being that a chakra address. I don’t know how the chakra work @mvargo is doing works or specifically how the intended effect looks.

For me 1st chakra work is physical health, relationship to body, knowing and loving what one’s body is uniquely designed for, order and stability in current eco system and immediate relationships, freedom from rebellion or conformity to family dynamics, but love for or acceptance of family and generational history etc.

2nd chakra is ability to sense, perceive, and feel the world, move through emotions easily, grapple with wants and needs, own and express desire, passion, sensuality and sexuality etc

so running physical shifting models wouldn’t necessarily directly impact those , but the healing or strengthening in certain areas have the secondary effect of bringing more energy and strength to address those areas needed.

Out of Fusion Optimized, Metamorphosis, The Architecth or Energetic Development XI, do you have a feel for which one or two would be most suited for chakra work/meditation? My best bet is Metamorphosis and/or Energetic Development XI.

Ive been using those 2 alongside Alchemist st 4 for months, now I made another custom with Alchemist St4 and Sage Immortal. Of course I added those 2 modules again.
Why? Because they are that good!! For anything related to energy work they are going to give you a nice edge.
