I quit nicotine (smoking, vaping, cigars) 1 year ago and I started with Khan ST1. It was the shittiest time of my life so I said, why not just toss on Khan ST1. This isn’t medical advice.

I figure if life was bitter, might as well take on something monumental.

Though you may need something like Paragon to help with potential lag your body has while it is healing and achieving homeostasis. Nicotine affects a lot of systems in the body like digestive.

There is bound to be low energy for those first 2-3 weeks + the lag and cravings. Khan Black Stage 3 was helpful.

Emperor Executive may be helpful too. Read the copy of it; it has a way of helping curb my compulsion when I focus it.

Empereor/Emperor executive helped me, but i used nicotine spray for a month in combination and it was easier to quit and resist the push to smoking.

Simple.
Read this.

Done. :white_check_mark:

Paragon Complete, it will help you make choices that are good for your health, if you are already willing to stop smoking, this sub can help give that extra nudge to apply your will to keep your health a priority.

I used Allen Carr’s book back in 2012 and I haven’t had a cigarette since!

Actually- it was that experience plus a coworker at the time that started my interest in the subconscious.

:pizza:

Ughhhh, no more cigars?

I haven’t had any so far. I said the same thing. I’m thinking on that.

I have experience with quitting smoking. To wean yourself off go later and later in the day before that first cig.

At 31 I quit cold turkey after rushing to gather a load of firewood and my lungs hurt the whole way home. In other words an intense cardio session was effective in showing me the damage I was doing to myself via smoking.

At 45 I decided to take up vaping, but only at work. A crisis at 46 made vaping full time. I documented every time I vaped including the amount of total puffs then proceeded to cut it back.

It took around 40 days of complete abstinence before the nicotine cravings went away. Hot yoga helped tremendously quitting the second time around which was a systematic method rather than cold turkey.

I also came here to recommend the easy way to quit smoking

I stopped smoking 14 years ago with the help of a subliminal from another company. Since then I have not touched a single cigarette. I think Aeon could help

Dragon Reborn: Rebirth helps with that emotionally.
Maybe pair it with emperor (confidence) and paragon (gland/nerve/organ healing)

Guys thank you for all these answers it mean a lot to me .
i think i gonna go with emperor and some reading as suggested.

Bless yall

Going to second either Khan 1 or Emperor.
