Yeah, he’d only need a month or two of this before being to move on to something else, or having such growth that he may not even want to use subliminals. Genesis: Art of Happiness and Joy + Love Bomb / Love Bomb For Humanity are amazing foundational titles. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to rush ahead. Yes, subliminal audio is about accelerated growth – but consistent, stable growth should be the aim. If you ask @Invictus how he got his flow factor so high, he’ll agree. At least that what he told us. He did a TON of foundational inner work before jumping into advanced stuff.

From time to time I see posts like this of “X sub helped all the other subs work so much better” with this case being you suggesting Genesis: Art of Happiness and Joy + Love Bomb.
I’m a fairly new sub club member(in 3rd ever cycle) and new to subs overall. I am always on the fence between I have enough foundation to run normal titles, and wanting to bite the bullet and just run 3-4 cycles of what you suggested to get better ROI from all the other subs I run the future…

Is he seeing a therapist? If not I’d definitely recommend that. I don’t know the history here, but a supportive space is really important if he grew up with dysfunctional parents. Those wounds go deep sometimes. I think the subs could undoubtedly help, but he might need a better plan of action if everything is overwhelming for him right now. It sounds like he’s struggling with a lot of shame around the very fact he’s having a hard time.

I always recommended Genesis: The Art of Happiness and Joy + Love Bomb / Love Bomb For Humanity because they deal with the most foundational of elements – self-worth. Once that’s developed to a certain degree, so many other titles are much easier to run.

For sure, but if one doesn’t struggle with self worth(anymore) would you still recommend these 2 to make all others run better?
If you’re newer to SubClub, then absolutely. It seems to be the recommended starter package. I’ve been here for years and I’m going to make a custom with LB and Genesis Joy. My experience shows me the value in these titles. Maybe they weren’t here when SC first started and they’ve also learned and made leaps and bounds in their offerings, so I feel compelled to take full advantage of that.

hmm ok. maybe I will bite the bullet and run them after this current cycle. How many cycles do you recommend to run those 2 for before moving on to other titles?
And I know this may sound odd but can I keep R.I.C.H in the stack? So it would be LB/Genesis Joy/R.I.C.H @SaintSovereign can you give me a blessing that this stack would be good

Yea, if you want to keep RICH in, that might help you stick with LB/Genesis longer. 3-4 cycles minimum. This is just what I do, but the minimum I listen to any title is 4 cycles. These days I tend to favor longer just for good measure, especially if it’s more of the fundamental titles because that will just benefit me more in the long run.

Nah – if you’re sure that you have a strong sense of self-worth, it’s still worth to try it just to get the benefits, but it may not necessary.
