ADHD listening strategy

I just had a longer conversation with ChatGPT about subliminal processing with ADHD.
It basically said, that my ADHD brain might not be able to record/ receive the whole loop I’m listening to because of dopamine inconsistency.
So when I’m low on dopamine, my brain might not register the subliminal input.
If I would increase the dopamine level in my brain it might increase the uptake.

So I thought playing while gaming might help since I’m in a high dopamine state consistently.
ChatGPT confirmed that this might help.

Does anyone else experiment with such a strategy?
Or has anyone made positive experiences with a similar strategy?

Listen during times when you’re naturally more alert and focused (not necessarily gaming, just when you feel “on”), in a calm environment where you can actually pay attention without distraction.

What kind of effect does nature and sun exposure have on you? Im asking because being outside in nature makes people more alert, better regulated neurochemically, and in a calm-but-engaged state. That’s actually ideal for any kind of learning. Listening while outside in nature might also be worth exploring.

About gaming … if you’re more engaged while gaming, you might simply be in a better headspace for any listening experience, subliminal or otherwise, rather than the dopamine theory of ai
