Add 3rd ZP middle of cycle?

I have two ZP files in my stack and I’d like to add a 3rd one. I know how to schedule but it is it ok if I just start doing this like one week into the current cycle?

Or should I wait to finish this 21-day cycle using my current stack and add the third ZP file on the next cycle?

You can add it any time you want. It’s perfectly okay.

I like to keep things orderly. Personally, I would finish the current round, take the 5 day washout then I would add the third sub in.
I’m never in such a rush that I would add a sub in the middle of a cycle.

I’ve added an additional one to my cycle at diff times no problem

You really see that as being in such a rush? Why?

Just personal preference. I like to know exactly what I’m doing and what the subs are doing. Usually, I get my intuitions on when to discontinue running a sub towards the end of the cycle or during the washout. It’s also a matter of preference why my washouts go from 7 days to one month. Depending on how much I feel like my brain has processed. I almost never do 5 day washouts.

To me, switching sub in the middle of the cycles would rob me from valuable insights I can get during the washout when the sub is integrating and blooming. That’s the same reason why I stopped running 3 sub stacks from the jump. I want to know what the first two are doing before I add a third one.

If I switching subs in the middle of a cycle, I would feel like I’m trying to rush through the process without really taking the time evaluate what happened. Even if a sub doesn’t really resonate with me after the first round, I still run it one or two additional rounds. You’d be surprised the insights and the breakthroughs you can have if you decide to stick with a sub for at least three rounds. If I don’t do that, I feel like I’m rushing through the process. That’s just me though.
