Hi ALL - so @Lion suggested this awesome suggestion and ill try it out which is to ask you all there fellow comrades and team mates of this forum, what do you think are the actions someone listening to Ascension should take to help the sub work better?
We know listening is 1 step and journalling is another and those are straight forward, so the 3rd is taking action, so what action do you think work for ascension?
Sorry if im asking a dumb question here.
I’d say put yourself out there. If any type of opportunity presents itself, then don’t hesitate to go for it.
Check out this Pro-Tip:
Once you begin running Ascension, be sure to place yourself in a position where you can be noticed. Go out more and be around people. At work, jump on opportunities to improve your career, etc.
So step outside your comfort zone more and more to increase it bit by bit, journal (in private) especially about these situations, what was good, what were your expectations before, what was the real experience and what can you try to do different next time.
Any action. Take a daily short walk. Read a few pages of something educational or useful. Start a daily meditation. Take a self defense class. Doesn’t really matter what. Looking at what you write, you currently put off all action with “I’ll do it after moving out.” So just do anything, but do it now.
In ZP you often get inspirations to take action related to the titles
Using WANTED ZP I get the urge to go out and meet other people(womwn)
That is what I think at least, Last night I was kinda doing anything to go out and ended up doing it alone.
Make a list of your goals taking into account Maslow’s pyramid and your current circumstances. Then plan on fixing your “gaps” and just do it.

Build new Habits.
Can’t take a job yet? Study for a certification. Update your resume.
Can’t start a business now? Work on your skills. Learn about marketing & sales.
Can’t go to a gym? Train with bodyweight. Practice yoga.
Can’t join any hobby classes? Use the internet to learn guitar. Or a language.
Read the books you always wanted to read that are collecting dust on your shelves. 
Do what you CAN DO to Ascend higher in your life.
Interesting approach. Do you recommend achieving sex goals before employment goals?
Sincere question.
I know both types of people.
Ones who think making money gives you the confidence to work on your social life, and
Others who think having sex taken care of, gives you the confidence to make money.
Having a woman motivates you to take care of her whilst jerking off keeps you in your comfort zone. On the other hand, being unemployed decreases your chances of getting a quality partner quite a lot unless you’re rich already and don’t need to work. To answer your question, I’ve learned that having casual sex motivates you way less to ascend than having a quality partner so I would strive to switch from having casual sex and being unemployed (having no income, that is) to having a stable income and quality partner unless you’re still just a kid and want to have some more fun.
There’re a lot of people who are focused on the apex of the pyramid who follow their passions and realize their “full” potential yet when they’re back home they jerk off. I suppose that fulfilling the lower level needs just gives you more energy, power, focus, and motivation to fulfill your higher needs so the fewer “gaps” there is the more power you have to ascend to the apex and beyond it (like building an empire). In my view, there’s nothing better to ascend to the apex than Ascension and fulfilling your “gaps” in the pyramid. When your pyramid needs are fulfilled and you’ve ascended to the apex of the pyramid and are focused on it entirely you’re an “alpha” indeed.
Running Ascension (and some supportive titles like Mogul, Sex Mastery, Power Can Corrupt, etc. according to the gaps you need to fill up) is the fastest lane to get there.
People underestimate Ascension a lot, and I was one of them. Ascension is not inferior to any other program, Ascension is not basic…Ascension is ESSENTIAL.
