This is the set up.
So, there’s a column for the title.
A column for what I hope to get from it
A column for the actions I plan to take
A column with the official description of the module/program
I love it. mind sharing the actual excel file? too lazy to write myself lol

I have also something similar. Made some changes inspired by your pictures.
Sharing mine and hopefully give some ideas for others. I have one for creating a custom, and one that tracks number and days on subs into an overview.
