I believe the Subliminal Club creators are able to make a major program for acne treatment, including maybe isotretinoin intention.

Tret is relatively easy to obtain without waiting for a sub (I use it to speed up hyperpigmentation fading).

Physical changes also can take longer than other things so it might help to supplement the practical application.
