Account Login Problem

So recently i made a new account to purchase Wanted Zp on 29 October. I purchased wanted zp with that account, downloaded exp version and everything went smoothly.

But now when i tried to log in that account it said wrong password. I clicked forgot password but it never sent the password change link to my email.

When I tried to create a new account with that email it made a new account even though i had already made an account with that email on subliminalclub.com and since this is a “new” account it has no downloads lol.

I mean right now I’ve downloaded and am using the latest experimental version of wanted but whenever a new version comes out it wouldn’t be in my downloads.

Please help.

What is your support ticket number? I don’t see any tickets related to this issue.

You could also DM your email address to Saint. The one you use to login to the main store.

For some reason, your ticket isn’t in the system, but I made one on behalf of you and asked support to expedite a response. Should get something today or tomorrow.

I don’t mean to sound rude, but:

I asked you for a ticket number. You give me a ticket number that doesn’t exist. I ask for an order number. You gave me an email address with no orders associated with it. How can I complete your request without the information necessary to complete it? I physically cannot find your order because you haven’t provided what I need to find it. I’m guessing you entered the wrong email address in at checkout and that’s why the system can’t find anything.

I need an order number. The email you provided has no orders in the system (which I deleted from public view, but we can still see it). The order number is at the top of the email you received when you purchased Wanted ZP. The same one you used to download the title.

I have also sent you a PM directly. If you can’t find the order number, I need the exact name you used when purchasing.
